Question Desktop Software Help

Please Login to Remove!

Long story short, I'm stuck with Vista 64 bit as my OS. Does BB have a 64 bit desktop software yet? Please help!!!

BlackBerry Desktop Manager is working fine on 64bit Vista for me. Make sure you "Run as Administrator" when you install it. What sort of problems are you having?

Or disable UAC (User Account Control) completely from the Control Panel/Users.

I'll try both of these solutions. I continue to get an error message that my desktop software did not install correctly. I just bought a storm yesterday, so hopefully that disc has some updated software. I'll post results.

The CDs included with the devices rarely have current or new code on them. The latest Desktop Manager can always be found on the BlackBerry support download site.
