Default Desktop Manager Deleting Outlook Appointments

Please Login to Remove!

I hope someone can help. I'm syncing my blackberry to my outlook and it is trying to to delete my past appointments from my outlook, but not my blackberry. I've gone into the sync setup options for my calendar and set it to "Transfer items within a range of days: 365 Days prior and 365 Days after today"
Still I try to sync and the desktop manager is trying to delete my previous appointments from my outlook. I'd rather it be the other way around and delete my previous appointments from the blackberry if it must delete in one direction. Ideally I'd rather it not delete anything. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you don't want it to delete anything try changing the sync setup options to "transfer all."
