Default Blackberry Desktop Help

Please Login to Remove!

I just recently jump off the Palm ship into the Blackberry world...with my Palm Desktop software I could view and edit my contacts, calendar, etc., right on my computer, then sync it into my phone...I REALLY liked that feature

Is that possible with the Blackberry Desktop software? I cant find any info on the software CD, or on any of the Blackberry forums...maybe I just dont know where to look...

If someone could direct me, it would be greatly appreciated! I know I can use Outlook, but its not working properly on my computer, and i'm not really fond of Outlook anyway...

I have an 8130 with the latest os and as far as I know the latest version of Desktop

There is no BB equivalent to the Palm desktop. Outlook is one of the few PIMs that RIM supports and probably the best option. Reason being, the BB is a business tool first and most businesses today use Windows and MS Office which includes Outlook.
