What email account? Where are you located? Do you have a captial 1X/1XEV or lowercase? Have you tried to remove the battery for 30 seconds? Have you resent the service books?

I am located in Port St Lucie, Fl I have 1X/1XEV and my email is through comcast but it works fine on my computer however I am either not able to send/receive or I receive it hours later
