Default Cannot email or send a video

I just recorded a video on my blackberry 8220 flip and when I attempted to email it I got the error file size is too big(3mb). What is the point of having a video features if you can't even email a 1min video?

Is there any way to reduce the file size or some other method that I can work around this?

I would appreciate any help that may solve this issue

Copy the video to your computer and e-mail it from there.

I believe the attachment limit is 2.9 mb.

How do I do this? I went to the blackberry desktop manager and plugged in my blackberry to my pc, but the problem is when I try to download the media sync file I get:

"Blackberry Desktop Manager was unable to download the Blackberry Media Sync installer. Please verify your internet connection and try again."

Well I definitely have an internet connection, is there any other program I can use that is easier?

Remove the memory card and put it in a card reader?

That is a quick and easy way.

You could also enable Mass Storage Mode (Options > Media Card) and then connect the device to your PC. It will show as a removable disk. You can copy the movie off the the card that way as well.
