Default Blackberry Bold email question

Please Login to Remove!

Up top on the home screen it shows the number of emails you have, I always have 1 showing but nothing in my email account. Am I missing something, is there a way to 0 it out.

No harm in doing a battery pull. Might be just a glitch for which the pull might help to "reset" everything back to normal.

As others have already said a battery pull won't hurt anything and may resolve the issue.

Also check Saved Messages.

Great! Battery pull does wonders. Also keep in mind that you can initiate a reset using your keyboard: ALT+(right)CAPS+DEL. Works just as well as battery pull in most cases.
