Default Does a non-blackberry GPRS email client exist?

Please Login to Remove!

Tricky question (I think!).

So I've gone and got myself a 7230 using my existing Anytime 275 voice plan. Assuming all I needed to do is add Blackberry to my current tariff, I find out that the retailer who sold me the original voice plan said that normally this is possible, except they do NOT offer Vodafone blackberry tariffs. (T-Mobile and O2 yes)

So, I am stuck with a cool Blackberry and no email(what's the point I hear you ask?!!).

Is there a piece of software I can install for the blackberry which allows me to poll the POP3 accounts using gprs rather than the in-built push system which seems to be the only way to do use email on the Blackberry?

Thanks for any hints or tips or advice!

Paul

I suggest you contact vodafone directly...they offer the handsets, so they must be able to bolt you a BB plan on.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7290/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

My Blackberry is an appendage to my Vodafone voice plan. It is possible.
