Default Blackberry Wireless Calendar synch problem

Please Login to Remove!

I was hoping maybe some of you could help me with a problem I'm having.

Ok heres the details..

I'm running a BES 3.6 server with 15 users all using 7230 Blackberrys. The problem I'm having is that when i enter a calendar appointment on the blackberry it is not synching back to Outlook on the local machines. However when i create an appointment in Outlook it is showing up on the blackberrys.

I've made sure that the Blackberry Wireless Calendar synch is set to both directions on the Desktop manager so its not that.

After that I've no idea what could be wrong so maybe some of you have come across this before.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Red13,

Heres a step you might wanan try on oen of the bb devices itself:

1.On the Home screen, scroll to the Messages icon.
2.Click the trackwheel.
3.Click the trackwheel again.
4.Scroll to Options.
5.Click the trackwheel.
6.Scroll to Email Reconciliation.
7.Click the trackwheel.
8.Scroll to Wireless Reconcile.
9.Set the Wireless Reconcile field to Off by pressing
10.Click the trackwheel.
11.Click Save.

Give that a shot and see if you can wirelessly sync both ways after that.
