I am new to Blackberry and I just recently purchased a 8800. I have activated the internet and data on my contract and I can now use internet. But after registration of 4 of my email address on the internet site of my service provider, I have to configure something in my phone, like incoming and outgoing mail etc....

and I can't find the option to do so!

If I go to option and go to email set up, it only ask me if :
_ i have an enterprise internet service
or
- skip the set up

I don't have a enterprise internet service and I just want to push my emails onto my phone.

So if you know out to help me out, I will very much appreciate your help.

You shouldn't have to setup anything on your device if you went to your carrier's BIS (blackberry internet service) site and configured your e-mail accounts there. Did you get e-mail messages saying that you'll start receiving your messages in 20 minutes or none at all? If not, it could be that you don't have all the service books yet. I suggest you do a battery pull and see if that solves your problem.

listen to XKYLAR make sure you sent the service books to your phone after you setup all the email accounts once you send the service books you should get 4 messages on your blackberry one for each account . then you are ready to go. if you did not get the 4 messages coming in on each email account then you did not send your service books being that you are on BIS.

Also make sure you have a bona fide Blackberry data plan. Just a regular data plan won't do. Usually when folks don't have the option to set up email on BIS it's because they don't have a legit Blackberry data plan.
