One way is to import and export through Outlook

I do remember you might be able to transfer contacts from the E90 via bluetooth to your blackberry I remember when I was on a trip I picked up my E90 in syria and I took all contacts from my 8300 via blue tooth . Or you can just sync with outlook . But nokia and outlook are not friends that will take some work .

Goto a cellpone store. They should have a machine call "Cellebrite."

It will do it for you, it would help them out if you have both data cables in case they don't have it.

You can always go to a Sprint Store (better yet a Sprint Authorized Repair Center) and pay them like $15 to do it. Heck negoiate the fee.
