I downloaded 4.5 as instructed. It works great except I hhave duplicate calendar entries. I have double checked the settings on the desktop manager to make sure outlook overrides the device, but it still has duplicate entries. FWIW, one is pink and the other is blue. This was not an issue until I downloaded 4.5.

How can I fix this?

If you have the up-to-date calendar entries on Outlook, do a one-way synch to your device.

Yes if you have the entries in Outlook, clear your device and then do the one way sync as Trimix stated
