Default Once you have updated the device software, do you delete it from the computer?

Please Login to Remove!

If you do, I'm assuming via Control Panel ---> Programs ---> Uninstall?
I don't see any options in BB Desktop Manager.

You'll want to keep it installed. For two reasons:

1)May need to reinstall it
2)Desktop Manager will want it handy if you intend to use DM to install/update other Apps

If you plan to add applications to your BB, I believe, you will need the OS software installed on the computer.
