I have a newly purchased BB 8110. The mobile was not purchased by the service provider(Airtell). Presently mails do not stay in my BB for long. What could be the problem

Mail arrives and then they disappear after a while? How long?

Could be a setting or a memory issue. How much free memory do you have?
