One of my users is having trouble receiving emails from his YahooMailPlus account. We recently moved them over to a v4.0 BES to handle their business email accounts but he still wants to receive his personal emails.
His webclient settings all seem to be correct and I already removed the email account, re-configured it and re-sent the service book. His Yahoo account has POP enabled and he receives emails just fine in his Yahoo Inbox. He recently got a new device and moved his old SIM card over to it without a problem. This problem had been occuring even before we moved them to the BES.
Is there some glitch on Yahoo's end that causes this problem, or am I missing a setting somewhere? Thanks in advance.
