I recently dropped my BB from a BES server and I am wondering how to drop the desktop option from my e-mail profile so that only WebClient is available. I tried wiping my BB to the point that it had a 507 (no O/S) and to my surprise after reloading the O/S and applying the data I was back where I started. Maybe it wasn't that much of a surprise. I guess I expected just the data and not the specific configuration under Security and the former e-mail profile which had been disconnected from BES. No IT policies were were applied.
