Default Error when upgrade OS 4.6 to 5.0 . please help!

i just upgrade my DM 4.6 to 5.0 but i have error when installing ( not successful )
now, when i restart my device, its loading the software 5.0 but stop in process ( no load again ) like "hang"

i try to restore but the device, what should i do?
can any one help me?

DM or OS?

(DM= Desktop Manager OS= Operating System)

Sounds like it was your OS, my advice is to wipe with jl cmder ala http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.p...ng_Jl_Cmder%3F
