we use a bes-server with an exchange-server and the ocs. Sometimes a user sends an email from his Blackbbery device and the user in the internet receives an empty mail. We can see that the mail sent from the BB-Device is in text and html. But why? The Device can only compose text emails. I think this is the problem taht some clients have problems to display text and html created emails. Does anybody know of this problem and can I stop text created emails change to text-and-html emails because every cleint has no promlems in displaying text emails.
