Default I can check email on Blackberry but not on my PC

Please Login to Remove!

I do not know if this question should be posted here but here it goes.

I set up Blackberry to check my POP email and works flawlessly.

The email POP server that belongs to our mother company is located in SouthKorea.

once in a while , somethings happens that I can still receives emails using my Blackberry but I cannot receive them using my "Windows Mail" client on my computer.

Why this happens that I can still check emails on my Blackberry and receive them with no problem while on my PC I cannot do the same ?

This only happens with that server, because I also have a gmail account and I can still check emails using blackberry and also my computer without any problems.

Any explanation ?

I'd say it's with your company's server since your Gmail still works and your Berry can still get mail.

Aren't they cute?

Might have it setup to the BB HH has it removed from the mail box and knot keeping it on the mail server.

That's what I was going to guess, knottyrope, but I don't remember seeing that option in the email setup. That's the first thing I would check on though.

Most likely due to a communication path problem or a problem with the ISP to which your PC connects.

We occasionally have the same problem and it is server related for us.

I am on BIS and our facility e-mail is routed through a main server. I can always receive my e-mail on my BB even though it is not working on my PC in the office.

You need to make sure the "leave message on server" option is available and on, on your server.

Hope that makes sense.
