Thanks for the reply. My issue was apparently not with the BB Desktop Manager software (I had already attempted several times to do what you suggested), it was the lack of third party software fo Outlook.
I've downloaded and am trialling CompanionLink software, wich has allowed me to sync my Outlook Business Manager modules with my BB9000.
So far so good. I did this with the USB cable, I guess the next step is to do it via Bluetooth from the laptop.
