Default Phone keeps loosing DC #'s in contacts!

Please Login to Remove!

This is on a 7100i, but I've read threads with people having this on 7520's, so I'm posting in general forum.

Topic is self explanatory, the contacts in the handheld keeps dropping the DC #'s. I have to go into the contact and add it back, or I go into Outlook, delete the radio #, save, re-add the radio #, save.

Sometimes pulling the battery will fix it, sometimes not.

I have all my radio #'s set to be displayed in the Outlook contacts, so that's not helping.

I'm using OS4.1 and syncing to BES 4.0 SP3, Outlook is 2003 SP2.

I had the issue the first day I got my phone and did enterprise activiation. That day it happened 2x and I never hooked up to desktop manager that day.

That was a Friday, on Monday I started using Bluetooth sync to desktop manager 4.1 and still have the problems of course. I stay BT sync'd most of the day, for hours at a day, not that it should matter.
