Question Caller ID Problem

Please Login to Remove!

We are using BB models 7100v and 7290 only (wiht BES). Our desktops are XP with MSOutlook and our service provider is Vodafone. If we receive a call the number of the caller only comes up on the display rather than the callers name. Even if we assign a speed key to a User their name does not appear in the screen when we call them only their number. Has anyone else come across trhis limitation and is there a fix?? I know this might seem trivial but a lot of users expect to be able to see who is calling before answering. I'd appreciate any help available. Thanks. Anthony.
