I have a JVM Error 102 message and after doing multiple searches that mostly turn up threads where people advise doing a search. I've decided that what I need to do is "wipe" my 7250 and start over. It's a new BB, I've had it two days. Actually, I bought two - one for me and one for my husband, mine works great, his has this error message.
For the life of me I can't figure out how to wipe his clean and re-install all the software.
I've searched for this information and don't get anything elementary enough for my feeble brain.
I've renamed the VENDOR.XLM file and that didn't seem to help.
Sorry to be so slow - I've been reading this forum for the past two days and my brain is tired.
