I had a major issue this morning, exact same problem. I ended up getting escalated 4 times, all the way to network support I believe. Once I got there it was fixed quickly. What made it worse was this was on a 7750, and they had me reset it a bunch of times. If it helps, the last guy gave me a ticket number, if they can't fix it, maybe that will have some info. The ticket number is 5816723.
