Is this a new condition, or have they never opened?

Welcome to the forums. This isn't an issue with this site. Should be moved to the appropriate area.

I would start here:
1st step to take if device is having problems? - BlackBerryFAQ

Yes I have a data plan...Was previously able to access my messages and email accounts. It is as if the link is broken to these icons. Sorry if I am posting in the wrong section, learning my way around. I already looked in FAQs. Also have been receiving java exception errors lately.

Have you removed the battery for 30 seconds while the device is still powered on?

All folders are giving you the same error message?

If you disable dial from homescreen, and press the M key, what happens?

You're using a 7320 or 8320?

It may need the OS reloaded.

Please update your profile to reflect your device.
