Default Using two BES servers at once?

Please Login to Remove!

Is this possible? I was thinking it might be if you renamed the service from "Desktop" from one of them, but am confused as to how it would handle syching the contacts and calendar, etc.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

You can run as many BES servers as you want, you just can't share any accounts.

So if I have two email addresses (one personal and one corporate) both on different BES servers, I can use them both on my one BB?

Thanks for your help.

You can only have one IT policy from one BES on your BlackBerry at one time. It will reject any other IT policies until the BlackBerry has been wiped.

So, one BES per BlackBerry.

I understood it as how many BES servers can my organization use. But yes your phone can only speak to one at a time.

However if your mail is available through POP you can get it other ways such as the blackberry internet service client (the bb webmail thing)

but to answer your question, correct. connect to one BES. open up Desktop Manager and select the mail profile for that BES. open up Redirector and look for the 'Desktop' word in a field (I think its on the 3rd tab or something). rename that to Personal or something. connect up to the second BES. i've not done wireless activations when getting this to work - just wired activations.
