Default trouble deleting emails

Please Login to Remove!

When I delete emails on my bberry they also delete in Outlook, but I can't seem to also make it work the other way around. I believe this is a reconciliation issue but I can't make it work. appreciate any thoughts.

When you set up the email for the BB did you setup a personal account (BIS) or are you a coporate user on a BES? (i.e.work email)

So you are using a BES.
It may be a BES problem. i.e. need to talk to them about the settings for reconcilation.

The point is that there may be an adjustment or reset that can be done by IT person
