Default Need Help with NEW Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I got a used Blackberry 6750 and just had it activated. Although it was setup for Bussiness use and it has Outgoing calls Restricted. The people from Verzion said that only the Adminsitrative can take that opition off. It has Enterprise Activation, does anyone know any opitions to have my phone make outgoing calls. I tired wiping it out but that didn't work.

Did you try reloading the OS from Desktop Manager? Are you missing the phone application? Sounds like you need to have a blank IT policy pushed down to your device from a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server). That will clear the restrictions. You should should probably contact the person from whom you bought the device from and see if they can correct this for you. It would be the simpliest step, provided that person is not a middleman.
