I need to change my sent from address on the blackberry - but when I go to the website I can seem to find out where to do it - its tells me to got to the Blackberry Internet Server on Tmobile and then go to Profile and I would see it there but the only option I have to change in the Profile is the Time Zone - Can any one help? Thanks

choose "Email Accounts" under "Settings" then click on "Edit" icon (pencil), that's where you do it.

For Some reason I am unable to change the send from address - do you know how to change it on the blackberry itself - I changed it once to Using: Desktop but then it changes back to Using: Webclient if i email someone new -

Go into your settings menu(either under options or tools-->settings, or Settings-->options) and go to message services. Change the email address there to the one you want to be the default you want to send email from.

Now if you are trying to change the sent from address associated with the tmo.blackberry.net address, it looks like you have already done that. You also might want to send yourself some new service books just in case.

From your TMO BB, choose "Setup Internet Email", which wil launch your browser.

Click on "Email Accounts", to add or edit email accounts.

Click on the email acount you want to edit.

Click on "Edit"

General Settings page will be shown.

Enter the email address you want to use in the box under "E-mail Account"

Enter the same email address in the box under "Reply To:"

If you want sent messages save to your other email address, fill in the "Auto BCC" box.

When finished, click on "Save".

You should receive a confirmation saying " E-mail account successfully updated."

Click "OK"
