Default can't reply to email

I am pretty new to BlackBerry. It's provided by work and runs on BES on a Domino server. I have also linked in a personal account through Vodafone. I am able to send new email and reply to personal email, but cannot reply to business email. Any ideas how to sort this out? I thought you could simply select which account to use for replies, but don't get an option. Help!
