Default How do I direct all messages to go into one folder?

Please Login to Remove!

Currently email messages are going into a root message folder. The calls are directed to another folder. I want all the messages to be directed into the root folder (calls and emails). Is this a Blackberry Server configuration or is it a handheld configuration?

You can change your Call Logging setting by choosing to Log All Calls in your Message List. . . . you can do this by going to your Phone Options menu. . . . this is done on your BB device.

Go to Phone Mode (like you're going to make a phone call), click on thumbwheel and choose Options from Menu. scroll down to Call Logging and follow as posted in #2 above.
