Hi all, I hope this hasn't been asked before. I've done some searches and couldn't find anything similar.

I'm using a BB 8330 with Verizon with v 4.5.0.77 accessing OWA with BIS.

I have successfully added an outlook web access account to my email addresses. It works fine and downloads the emails and I can reply and send emails with it.

The problem is that a few times each DAY it resyncronizes with the server, redownloads the messages, and marks all the emails as unread!

I can always highlight the day and select mark prior opened, but not only is that annoying, but when people send messages with delivery or download receipts it gets resent to them EVERY time! That part I don't think I can deal with.

Any suggestions? Has anyone heard of this even happening before?

A little more info on what happens, when it reloads, for example today at 7pm, it totally re downloads some of the messages that remain in the inbox. I have 800+ in the inbox and it downloads about 200 of them. The interesting part is that on the blackberry, it marks the time/date as the time that the re-download happened. For example, I now have 200 messages marked unread all marked as received at 7pm today. Regardless of when the messages were actually received. (no I didn't receive 200 messages today).

When I look at the message list on the blackberry, there are some, not all, messages repeatedly downloaded! So I have multiple copies of some messages all marked at the same time haha.

Furthermore, OWA calendar is now working where it wasn't before! Now, that's a GOOD thing, but possibly another symptom? Haha I have no idea but it's getting very frustrating.
