Hi everyone, how do I send for a 'read receipt' from a desktop? Is it through a website? thanks so much for your help guys, I know people like me must be frustrating!

If you're using Outlook Express, go to TOOLS, OPTIONS, RECEIPTS and mark the box that requests a read receipt for all sent messages.
