Default Blackberry Messenger Question...

Please Login to Remove!

I wanted to know if there was anything that could stop me from adding another blackberry messenger that is not in my BES?

I have tryed a few times but the other person never gets the request?
My status is still pending....

I have access to my BES and wanted to know if there is something I can check on my end.
