Exclamation 7520 Won't Sync!

Please Login to Remove!

I'm using Office Outlook 2003 on a Windows 2000 OS on the failing machine.

I've tried creating new Outlook.pst files with no success on this machine. (it worked before)

error says:
"the instruction at "0x114bfbef" referenced memory at "0xfffff4c." the memory could not be "written."

note:
I have two other machines (laptops) that are sync-ing just fine. they are as follows:

1) Windows 2000 with Lotus notes 7.0
2) Windows XP pro with Office Outlook 2003

Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance

To start off, I recommend creating a new MAPI profile, then configure the Intellisync applications (Address Book, Calendar, Memopad, and Tasks) to use the new profile you've created. Then try to synchronize using the new profile. If that doesn't fix it, let me know.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7290/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/1)

What version of desktop manager are you using on the failing laptop?

Sorry for the late reply.

Just wanted to know when you try to sync, does it read through some of the records before giving you the error or does it go kaputz right away?

If it goes kaputz right away, then try the following:

KB-03869 Support - Function startup failed while trying to synchronize

http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgec...17153&vernum=3

If it starts to read through records then gives you the error, try the following:

First, find out which application it is trying to read through records in when it gives you that error. Is it the address book, calendar, memopad, or tasks that intellisync is reading trough when the error occurs?

If it's the calendar for example, uncheck the calendar in synchronize PIM, and try to synchronize with the other 3 applications. Does it work now? if so, then it's the calendar that's giving you the problem and most likely because it's a corrupt calendar entry. If that's the case, perform the steps in the link below.

KB-01451 How To - Enable advanced logging for Intellisync

http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgec...5974&vernum=22

Send me a copy of the log files or you can send them to somebody else that can read them and we can provide you with further instructions.

If you still have problems after this, let me know.
