Just wanted to know when you try to sync, does it read through some of the records before giving you the error or does it go kaputz right away?
If it goes kaputz right away, then try the following:

If it starts to read through records then gives you the error, try the following:
First, find out which application it is trying to read through records in when it gives you that error. Is it the address book, calendar, memopad, or tasks that intellisync is reading trough when the error occurs?
If it's the calendar for example, uncheck the calendar in synchronize PIM, and try to synchronize with the other 3 applications. Does it work now? if so, then it's the calendar that's giving you the problem and most likely because it's a corrupt calendar entry. If that's the case, perform the steps in the link below.

Send me a copy of the log files or you can send them to somebody else that can read them and we can provide you with further instructions.
