I am having problems syncing my calendar with Outlook 2003 and my Blackberry Bold. At some point, everything on the Outlook calendar was lost and now my handheld will only sync new entries from the HH to outlook. I am syncing via Bluetooth. Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure that your settings under BB Desktop Manager are set to transfer all calendar items.

Then do a one-way sync from the source that has all the data to the source that's missing data.

I tried this and it didn't work. It seems that all the entries are on the Blackberry, but the only ones that sync to Outlook are the ones I personally entered on the HH, NOT the ones that originally synced from Outlook. Any other ideas?

I assume that you do not have a backup?

I don't think we have a backup. It's actually my boss's phone and I'm helping him.
