Why is it blackberry's dont have the feature, "add to existing contacts"

It seems like you are always required to add a new contact, even if one already exist.

grrrahh I hate that!!

Why not just copy & paste? Seems like it's just as simple.

Go figure, that the iPhone, which lacks cut and paste has this feature. I suppose they figure you can help yourself since the BB has cut and paste.


Treat your password like your toothbrush. Don't let anybody else use it, and get a new one every six months.

i would say it depends what you are trying to add.
phone number, email address?
I've been able to "add to existing contact" before.

have a look at xobni for BB when it comes out.. will prob solve that issue, as well as making it much easier to pick up a contacts details from a sig.
