I forward my work email to my Blackberry account (email@example.com). I used to be able to use the TMobile WebClient to send out emails from my 7100 using my work email address (this used to be an option on the old WebClient). Since Saturday, the 13th, all emails going out from the Blackberry using the WebClient options are from
, instead of the email address that I had set as my Blackberry address.
I logged onto the my.TMobile website and tried to reconfigure, but could not see an option.
Anyone having the same issue? Any suggestions?
I do not want to access the work email on POP as passwords change monthly and I will have to reconfigure every month, with fear of not getting emails in the process, especially when travelling. Also, the time delay in checking POP accounts.
