When I compose a message, is there a way for me to quickly get to [One Time Entry] without scrolling through my entire contact list to get to the top?

I get there real quick if I just start typing an address that isn't in the Address book...

That only works because you don't have anyone whose name starts with u. Just type the addy like ekrimmer said. When whole addy is typed, select use once and it will go from there.
