Default Survey Tool for BlackBerry respondants?

Please Login to Remove!

I am looking for advice for a web based survey building tool that will allow us to make a very easy to use survey for people to respond to using a BlackBerry.

We are doing a large series of training sessions and rather than the traditional hardcopy survey that you fill out and leave at the door, would like to have participants pull out their BB, hit a web URL, fill in the survey and then move on.

What can people recommend? There are lots of web survey tools out there, but I specifically want BlackBerry native browser friendly, without need to install anything on the device.

Not sure it would work for you if the users are not your employees but We have been checking out Chalk and they have some nice tracking functionality which includes the ability to survey / quiz all fed back to a SQL backend so you can dice up the results as you need.

I am beginning a similar search here. I crank out salesforce surveys for my employer on a regular basis using Survey Monkey, and we can't rely on our sales reps to take these surveys via a computer. If it's not handheld accessible, then it's not accessible. Our salesforce uses various smartphones, but the only one that I know will work with Survey Monkey is the iPhone.
We like Survey Monkey and don't want to change systems just because RIM "knows what's best for us"
