Default Messages won't work!! error: Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys!

My phone is givin out this error everytime i restart it! (hard reset also)

"Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException"

if i click ok, it lets me work with the phone, but when i click on "messages", it crashes!!!
I tried to do an os uptade, but it returns a "fatal error" and asks me to try it again later!

Need Help!!

I just pressed a lot o buttons while the blackberry was crashed under the messages, and returned this error: "Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_ap_p(72) is not responding; process terminated"

I don't know if that helps or not!

already did that! (hard reset) but doesn't work.
i will try ti wipe the blackberry out, but first i need to save my contacts.....
but it is not connecting to the desktop software....

it can take alot of battery pulls to clear it.
try 3 try 5 try 10.

Hold the alt key and press LGLG, then menu, clear log, battery pull, then restart the phone. It should clear it.
