Default No longer able to open documents???

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded my Pearl's core OS and since then, I can no longer open word documents or excel (xls) files.

Any thoughts???

Do you have the attachment service listed in your applications in options? Perhaps you accidently uninstalled it?

On one device update that I did the Ducuments to Go apps werent installed. I had to go back and check them in the application loader of Desktop Manager.

How are you trying to open these files?

The documents to go was not checked but checked it but:

Ok, now I'm more confused. Here's the deal.

I email a Excel Spreadsheet from my Yahoo email address to another yahoo email address which comes to my blackberry. I can open it on my blackberry. However, if I go online and into my sent folder in my yahoo account and try to open that attachment I just sent, I get the message "the item you selected cannot be displayed. Do you wish to save the item"

Thoughts???
