Im having a huge caller id issue and im pretty sure that the only fix is going to be to reinstall the OS...none of my names in my addressbook are showing up when they DC me...question is - if ive got the latest OS on the device how do i do a reinstall over it....i tried installing the desktop handheld .exe file and then launched App loader but the only thing it wanted to do was to remove bb light....suggestions>?

Do a backup of your data, then do a security wipe, after connect it to your desktop via the USB and reload the handheld software. Finally do a restore to get your data back.
