Default Desktop software upgrade error

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to upgrade my desktop software to 4.7 and it seems like it trys to write or read from a F:/ drive and stops there, any ideas?

Without knowing how your PC has mapped your drives it will be difficult to help with this.
Are you downloading it or trying to install from a flash drive?

but my mapping has nothing to do with it. The software is looking for a F: drive, that is the software not the computer, i do not have a F: drive

My guess is that the software was downloaded onto the F: drive, and was installed from there, but something happened to the installation file.
I would download the file to the root of C: and re-install it. It should go fine then.
