My boss has a BB 8900 and his email account has problem sending mail.
It receives email perfectly, but when composes a new message and send it the item seems to not being sent.
Even if a check (instead a cross, i guess) appears near to the message in the email list.
What should I test, control or configure to make it finally send mails?
Not sure if this will help, but if you're on BES and your company has an email storage limit per user, if the user is over their mailbox limit, the bb will not send new messages. Can still receive, but not send.
