Hey all.
I've searched through the forums and can't seem to find a solution. I may be missing something.

I'll get an email and read it. Then close it. When I go back to reply to the email, it's disapeared from my bb. However, it is still in my outlook inbox.

I have tried freeing up memory, re-sending service books, and a battery pull. None of them have worked. It just started this morning.

Any ideas?

Are you a BES user or a BIS user?
If BES, are these messages that you have filed into subfolders or are they in the root of your Outlook Inbox?

The emails are still in my outlook inbox. They haven't moved into any subfolders.

Can you check the amount of free memory on your handheld?

Options > Status > File Free = ??

21028236 bytes. Not sure if that is a lot or not.

I haven't deleted any apps yet, but I cleared my cache and stuff.
I have my settings for my bb to delete msgs every 30 days.

It's enough memory.
I don't think that's your problem. Not sure what is.

Yeah it's kinda weird that it just started it this morning.
