Question Outlook 2003 - Folders and Blackberry server

Please Login to Remove!

We have just installed our first Blackberry server. We run Exchange 2007 and BES 4.1 and I have the following question that has been raised by a user who lives and dies Outlook 2003 rules.
He has a rule that moves mail as it arrives in to inbox to subfolders, but the problem is the mail that has rules doesn't get pushed to his handheld blackberry.

Can anyone offer a solution to get around this; he wants to maintain his rules if at all possible.

As said we are very new to this and therefore any help will be greatly appreciated.

By default only the Inbox and Sent Items are redirected. If other subfolders are desired then redirection needs to be enabled for them.

This can be done via Desktop Mananger but I don't recall the steps off the top of my head.

On the BB itself, go to Messages, access the menu, choose Options->Email Settings, access the menu and choose Folder Redirection. Place checks on the desired subfolders.

I think this can also be done via the BES but I have no experience with that approach.
