Wirelessly posted (8820)

Are you saying when you run application loader, BB Messenger is not listed among the applications when you get to the step to check the applications to load?

Welcome to the forums.

You have the OS downloaded and installed on your PC for the 8100, correct?

If so, go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml." Once you've deleted the file, try again.
