Dear all,

my first post on this forum. I am a good boy, and before posting, I tried the Search link first, with no success.

I have a critical issue: randomly, I receive emails that are marked as read on the BB even if they are totally new and not read anywhere else - at least, not by myself

My equipment: Lotus Notes 6.0.x, BES (don't know the version) BB 8310.

I know it's a tricky question, but this is making me crazy as I cannot (together with my colleagues - shared problem) rely on the unread count in the "desktop" of the BB and in addition, I sometimes do not have evidence of the arrival of new messages.
