Angry How to configure Dekstop mangaer to work with the desktop redirector?

Please Login to Remove!

hi, i want to synchronize my pop3 on my pc with my handheld, i use prosumer service.

But when i go to the redirecor settings in the desktop manager, i give him the information that i want to use my outlook. But in my outlook i got 2 accounts, but he send the mails of one account on my handheld.

How is this possible and what i have to change?

And when i want to open the desktop redirector appears an error warning and the program is closed.

Redirector only works with Exchange Server Email. At least, that's what I was told by BB tech so if someone knows differently, please let me know!

BTW rbodri, what Desktop Manager version are you using? What type of BB and OS?
