Can anyone there assist me I got this .NRG image file (software) and I need to install in on my BB storm. I was told I have to convert to .ALX file in order to use the BB desktop manager but how do I go about it and which converter do I use?

Is the NRG like an ISO image file?
If so, you should mount with daemon tools and "open the disk" (image) and no doubt the .alx files are in it.

you mount the image. open the "disk" (i.e.image once mounted)
then the .alx files are likely to be on the "disk" (image) which you can copy and paste to a folder.
then use desktop manager to install the .alx files to the device.
